Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinder "IM Screw"

The movement is simple, but the uses are limitless!

The "I am Screw" is a cylinder that achieves advanced control capabilities unimaginable with conventional products by adopting a nut rotation mechanism. Its power consumption is about 1/5 that of pneumatic cylinders and about 1/2 that of hydraulic cylinders. This significantly reduces running costs, and due to the successful simplification of shape and structure, it also enables a reduction in the cost of the housing. Additionally, by selecting the drive unit and shaft, speed, operating range, and torque can be set arbitrarily, allowing it to accommodate various fields. 【Features】 ■ Low cost generated by its structure ■ Achieves high precision and flexible control ■ Energy-saving and effective for obtaining ISO 14000 certification ■ Lightweight and compact ■ Environmentally friendly, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Case] Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturer - Replacement of cutting machine cylinder

An example of implementing measures to prevent recurrence by adding a slope during the replacement and installation of cylinders and associated parts.

This is a request for replacement due to malfunction of the cylinder operation of a cutting machine from an electrical machinery manufacturer. The hydraulic and pneumatic combined cylinder had hydraulic oil flowing back from inside, causing the weight of the cable carrier and bracket to be applied to the fixed cylinder. This resulted in the cylinder piston becoming eccentric, which led to oil flowing back through the gap. We replaced the cylinder and associated parts, injected oil, and bled air, ensuring that there was no oil spillage at the work site by taking precautions. After confirming the operation, we completed the work and submitted a work report. [Work Details] ■ Replacement of cylinder and associated parts ■ Oil injection and air bleeding ■ Operation confirmation ■ Work carried out by 2 personnel over 1 day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
